A popular Imam in Yoruba land had condemned the action of Ooni of Ife over his visit to the President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari without first meeting with the Kings of Yoruba Land. In a YouTube leaked audio released yesterday, the Imam was heard condemning the act of his visit to the Aso rock.

In his support for Sunday Igboho, the Imam said Sunday Igboho only apologized because of the position of the King and not to the King himself, because what he did was uncalled for, he asked why didn’t the king took some steps before the issue escalated. 

He made it known that Yoruba people should try and support Sunday Igboho in his quest to conquer those notorious herdsmen disturbing the peace of Yoruba land. He asked the Muslims and the Christians to pray for Sunday Igboho and also they also try to support him with money.

He made it known that Sunday Igboho is God sent, and all the powerful men in Yoruba land should come out and give their supports to Sunday Igboho, because this is the time he needs it most and for the peace of the Land.
